Zellner Succeeds as Manager of Fey.
In a reorganization of the Fayetteville Lumber and Cement Company, J. H. Zellner of Prairie Grove was elected manager, succeeding the late Bruce Holcomb, with F. G. Beaver assistant manager.
Dr. P. L. Hathock, Percy Cummings and Mr. Beaver were admitted to the company as new stockholders. Officers were elected as follows:
President, J. H. Zellner, L. I. Bagget, Prairie Grove, vice-president; W. H. Baggett, Prairie Grove, secretery; J. E. Pyeatt, Stillwell, treasurer.
Mr. Zellner is well known in Fayetteville where he will move with his family in the immdediate future. He owns several lumber yards and has been in the lumber business for a number of years.
